Pricing
Our hosted platform stores data in our servers and deletes them after inference. We don't use external models. You can also ensure no data leaves your machines by running our models locally and in your own cloud environment.
Our tools Marker and Surya are open source, so you don't have to worry about vendor lock-in, and you can modify them to suit your needs.
Our models can be scaled up to thousands of machines processing millions of documents a day.

Pricing
Any organization that is over $2M in gross revenue in the trailing 12 month period, or has more than $2M in investor capital raised needs to pay to use our platform commercially. Commercial usage means that using the models either makes you money (part of your product), or saves you money (employee time, licensing fees, etc). The models are always free for research and personal use via our Open Source option.
We offer finetuning and other consulting services in select cases. Please reach out to see if there might be a fit.
You can use our API for commercial purposes.
Every month, you pay a fixed fee. The fixed fee functions like credits, and will be used until the balance is zero. After that, the API will be pay as you go. Credits do not roll over month to month.
You can request cancellation via your dashboard. If you cancel, you can still draw down your credit balance for the month until it reaches zero. Credits expire at the end of the month.
Due to the high support overhead of pay as you go, we currently only offer subscriptions. We would like to introduce a pay as you go option in the future.
We don't use any external models. All data is stored on our servers, and deleted after inference. For self-hosted options, our models run locally and no data will leave your machines.
We offer custom onboarding for Enterprise clients and offer email support to Team plan users.
