Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?

Every month, you pay a fixed fee. The fixed fee functions like credits, and will be used until the balance is zero. After that, the API will be pay as you go. Credits do not roll over month to month.

How does cancellation work?

If you cancel, you can still draw down your credit balance for the month until it reaches zero. Credits expire at the end of the month.

Is there an option without an upfront fee?

Due to the high support overhead of pay as you go, we currently only offer subscriptions. We would like to introduce a pay as you go option in the future.

How do I try the API before paying?

Our open source tools marker and surya can be used to test the service.
